How To Procrastinate

Aka Nicole's Explanation As To Why She No Longer Enters Contests, Studies for Finals, or Does Anything Worth Doing (Except Reading and Blogging)

The library.

To properly procrastinate, you must go to the library.
(Bringing a cloth bag, preferably a large one, is recommended.)
First, go the CD section. Pick out some new CDs, preferably instrumentals. All good procrastination needs background music.
Then go to the YA section and spend five to six minutes picking books purely on covers.
Then spend another two to three minutes actually reading the backs of the books that you didn't choose strictly on cover to add more to your pile of books.
Once you've reached over twenty books, go back downstairs and check out the adult fiction section. Choose a few from there. It's never a bad time to expand what you read!

Check out.
Go home.
Read.

This is what happens every time I go to the library...
... and may or may not be the reason I don't get anything done during the summer.

Happy reading, fellow reading procrastinating people!
