Carolyn Mackler was supposed to be today's Final Fridays post, but as she has yet to return the interview questions to me, I'll feature the cover for her shiny new book, Tangled, instead.
First off, thank you for following a basic rule - when in doubt, K.I.S.S.
Keep it simple, stupid.
And it works. The cover keeps well with the metaphorical title; it's a great example of what good Photoshop can do sometimes, and even though the fonts are basic, it works well with the rest of the cover.
I only wish her name wasn't emphasized quite so much. She's a good author, but her name isn't James Patterson - it's not going to sell the novel.
